In most cases, to provide you with the best customer service possible, a clinical application specialist should make an on-site visit. However, there are certain scenarios that warrant over the phone support and we will work with you to address those questions. If you have already worked with an ultrasonograher from Renaissance, you can reach that person directly by calling 888.501.1810 and asking for her or him. If you have not worked with a specialist, you can ask for Leslie Patton, and she will put you in touch with the appropriate person.
Depending on the issue, the hourly fee is $100.00 billed on the quarter hour.
